The Lebanese quick service restaurant, Kababji launched into the UAE with the first two of many opening in Dubai. Kababji is a renowned Lebanese brand that’s been in operation in Lebanon since 1993, and we were required to quickly mirror that success in Dubai both online and offline with the assistance of our sister PR agency.
Kababji had previously entered the UAE market under a different franchise which was regrettably unsuccessful. Firstly we were tasked with providing a full digital clean up to remove any trace of the previous Kababji outlets and create whole new digital presence for the new outlets and their new locations. Our scope included the creation of both online and offline marketing collateral to portray a revamped brand with consistent messaging across all platforms.
We designed, developed and launched the required platforms to support Kababji during their launch phases. As Kababji was a well-known renowned brand in Lebanon, we had to ensure it met expectations within the UAE. We improved its entire digital ecosystem to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation through our created and third party platforms. Full online reputation management was given to support the brand across numerous review sites with immediate response times.
